Description: Cauldon Hand Painted Pansies Cobalt & Raised Gold 8 7/8 Inch Plate A Nice antique bone china plate. Decorated with hand colored purple and yellow pansies and blue forget me nots. With gold floral swags with small gold beads, raised gold floral scrollwork and cobalt leaves with raised gold beads. Heavy gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom Cauldon England in black. This mark was used between 1890 to 1904. Also marked with the pattern number N4685 in red. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 8 7/8 inches wide.
