Description: Pair of vintage celluloid or French ivory hair combs with cutout parrot or parakeet shapes and a forked base. Each about 9 3/4 inches long; cutout part is about 4 inches long and forked base is about 3 inches. I have seen a lot of vintage celluloid but I have never come across anything like these, let alone a matching pair. In very good condition, a little staining/darkening on them -- see pictures.
