Many of these designs are taken from previous works I have done over the past few years, so it has been a while in the making. To ensure the print quality is good for coloring, I redid my designs digitally with a drawing tablet with high resolution. No images in this book are taken from scans, as it was important to me that the images be of a high quality.I am fascinated with celtic knots, and have enjoyed mixing traditional design with modern designs. Many of the tradtional designs have been taken from the "Book of Kells", which I find fascinating. I was conscious to have a variety of designs to ensure they wouldn't be too similar for you to color. If you would prefer to use your own thicker paper for coloring, another version is for sale on Amazon which I publish myself and post from Australia. The pages on this version are 160gsm, twice the thickness of copy paper. About the Author Lorraine Kelly is a self-taught artist. Originally she worked in the finance industry in Perth, Western Australia. After marrying. she had a sea-change and moved to the South-West of Western Australia to raise their family. During this time, she began her own business on eBay selling hand-painted glassware and craft items. This is her first coloring book, but she has been selling her own artwork and prints on Etsy and eBay.
