Chanel Velvet Evening Bag

Description: This Chanel evening bag is absolutely stunning! I have never seen another like it and believe it is quite rare . It is gray mink velvet with gold undertones, so as the bag moves the gold is viable. The inside lining is a yellowish gold leather, but not metallic. The strap is a beautiful gold tone chain link that looks like it could be a bracelet. The clasp is also gold tone and is a magnetic snap closure. Inside are two pockets, one a zip and one a flap. Chanel & Made in Italy are embossed in the leather inside the bag. There is a slip pocket on the back of the bag. The bag is in excellent condition. I purchased it at least fifteen years ago in the Chanel boutique in Bloomingdale’s in Manhattan and only used it a handful of times. There are a few spots under the flap, inside the bag, where the velvet is flattened from the bag being closed but this is not visible on the exterior of the bag. Bag measurements. The chain drop is 5 inches. The depth is approx 1.75 inches. The height is approx 3.75 inches. The length is approx 6.5 inches. This is a small evening bag that does not fit a phone. Bag comes in the original dust bag and Chanel box with all the accompanying certificate of authenticity and booklets and original tag. Please note the dust bag is ripped at the top on one side.
