Step 1: You purchase this service. Once it has been purchased we will reach out and send the information on where the device needs to be shipped to. Step 2: You pay the shipping costs to our location, and ship the device to us. (We will pay for the return shipping that way shipping is split evenly). The shipping information in the order will be updated to reflect such. We request in shipping that no cables or any other accessories be included. Just the device itself. Step 3: Your item arrives and we will inform you of your exact place in the queue of current repairs. Typically repairs take 1-2 business days, but the exact time frame will be related once the device arrives. Step 4: Your repair begins. Once we start work you'll be informed it has started. You'll be updated throughout the process and once the repair has been fully completed pictures will be sent showing the devices functionality. These pictures can include pictures of solder work performed, display working, screens repaired, devices charging, etc. Step 5: Repair is finished. We will pay shipping costs for the return to you and update the shipping information in the eBay order to reflect the correct tracking information. Step 6: Your device is returned! Enjoy your repaired device. If for some reason the device cannot be repaired due to extensive damage, we offer a full refund with the exception of the return shipping costs of the device. We also offer a six month warranty on all repairs. If you have any issues related to the work performed, just reach back out and we will take care of what is needed.
