I am unsure of the exact place of manufacture, but I have seen several other signs exactly like this one online that indicate manufacture in Germany. Dimensions: About 12" x 8" Condition: Listing as used, but the only wear I can see is a series of TINY scratches near the right margin. No evidence of prior hanging, no rust, no dings.
