This expects a straight 1 1/8th inch steerer, not tapered. So this adapts your fatty headtube to a traditional fork, thus the Devolution name. I believe the color is Pewter, as it is not black... some might consider it titanium finish? The top cap is slightly mismatched... a bit lighter in color. Bearings are smooth, but you knew that.
