This fabric is sold by the set: The fat quarter fabrics were pre-cut and were cut/packaged by the manufacturer. The panels have been rotary cut and folded neatly for shipping. When more than one set is purchased, your order will be fulfilled in pre-cut fat quarter sets and precut panels. This fabric is: 100% cotton and new. All of our fabrics are from a smoke-free, pet-free, clean studio. These are standard weight cotton fabrics.
