Fat Eighth measurement will be within the standard FE size of 9" x 21" to 22". Cotton versus Cotton Blend. I will do my very best to determine whether the fabric is cotton or a cotton blend or if it seems to have been washed and will note this in listing. I'm only human and mistake/errors do happen on my postings/listings from time to time.
