Description: This is a used Cindy USA, Spaghetti Strap Blue Formal in a size LARGE in very good condition. The dress has spaghetti straps that cannot be adjusted. The bodice front and back is pleated and meets at the waist with a lovely beaded embroidered decoration. Measurements: underarm to underarm: 17" flat across; length from underarm to hem: 51".
