Description: Citizen Silver-leaf Lacquer dial NB1060 in blue. It's a beautiful, Japanese dress watch in great condition. No major scratches or marks. Flawless double-domed sapphire crystal and clean polished sides. Exhibition caseback with a Miyota 9011 movement running @ 4hz . Comes with the original 19mm blue leather strap. It can fit wrists slightly over 7.25" in diameter. I love this watch, but I don't have much use for a dress watch right now, so it's moving on from the collection. It's been modded with a gold-tone seconds hand. Its a very subtle effect, but it works amazingly well to compliment the small gold-ish flecks in the dial. I'll include the original seconds hand as well as additional gold-tone hour and minute hands if you want to change them out.
