All three pieces are included in this sale: the skirt, sash, and the blouse with a decorative button The skirt is made of a high-quality cotton with tiny white dots on a light sage green. The waistband is drawstring and will fit anyone. This skirt is cut in three tailored panels to reduce bulkiness at the waistline and allow a full 126.5-inch circumference at the hem. The skirt is 42 inches in length but can be hemmed shorter at your request at no extra charge; just send me the length of the skirt in inches from waistband to hem. Add 2 inches to actual length if you're going to be wearing a hoop skirt, add 1 inch for a full tulle crinoline. The skirt can be worn without an underskirt. The skirt is shown over a three-hoop crinoline with a 36" diameter on the lower hoop (not included). I do not sell crinolines, but there are many available at very reasonable prices. The blouse is made of the same lovely print cotton as the skirt. The sleeves are gathered with elastic and end in a feminine ruffle. The blouse is generously cut for a full, gathered look, so bust measurement isn't the primary determining factor in choosing a blouse. We want it to fit under the arm and not gap at the neckline. This is not a tightly fitted blouse. Choose the size you would normally choose for a dress from a department store. The blouse runs true to size. If you are between sizes, select the smaller size. A decorative button adorns the neckline (removable for ease in laundering). The blouse is available in sizes XS (2-4, 30"-32"), S (6-8, 33"-35"), M (10-12, 36"-38"), L (14-16, 39"-41"), XL (18-20, 42"-44"), or 2X (22-24, 45"-47") The sash is made of matching print cotton. The sash is a generous 127 inches long and comes to a nicely tailored point on each end. The sash is folded over and sewn to be double sided. These are quality made garments, meant to be worn again and again. I recommend gentle wash cold, and line dry.All seams are finished with a serger to prevent fraying.This outfit comes from a home with no smoking and no pets.
