Description: Classical Guitar Lucida Artista LG-755 All Solid Woods Made In Spain Sells new for $600 These higher Lucida models, the 700 series are very hard to find. Do not confuse this guitar with the LG510 or LG520. The 700 series Lucida guitars are handmade in Spain. ISSUES TO BE AWARE OF * There is some clouding of the finish under the finish lacquer, throughout the back of the instrument, on the side of the upper bout, and a bit on the back of the neck * There is a hairline finish crack on the top, alongside the fingerboard on the upper side. I tried to take pictures of it but it is barely noticeable. I am not even sure if the crack is surface only or if it goes through. Either way, it is barely noticeable and it does not affect the playability or the structural stability of the instrument * This is a used instrument. There are some signs of usage here and there. UPGRADES I have installed a BONE SADDLE and a BONE NUT on the instrument. This helps with a clearer and louder sound. I also installed a new set of strings: D’Addario EJ45. WOODS Top: Solid Cedar Back & Sides: Solid Sapelle Neck: Mahogany Fingerboard: Ebony Bridge: Rosewood SOUND This instrument has a big sound, with deep basses and clear, bell-like trebles. The solid Cedar top creates a deep, sweet sound, and the solid Sapelle back & sides add a certain “punch” to the sound. The guitar has a specific “Spanish” sound. PRICE I am a classical guitarist and a guitar teacher. This instrument comes from an adult student that no longer wanted to play classical music. I updated the instrument and set it up properly, and it is now ready to go. Offering this at 50% of the original price. Because these are very hard to find, and because they are all-solid-wood instruments handmade in Spain, the asking price is better than decent.
