Note: This Clerc watch is in excellent condition, rarely and gently worn. The crocodile strap is original and is in very good condition however one of the band's (2) keepers is frayed as clearly shown in the image. While frayed, it still functions but will at some point (depending upon user wear) need to be replaced. Again the overall condition of the strap is fine and aside from the frayed keeper it operates as new! I own several fine Swiss time pieces and I am now thinning the heard as few of them are worn by me with any regularity. As many horologists know, the Clerc icon 8 was originally released to the Watch World to much fanfare at an MSRP in excess of $7,000.00. If this watch were designed, made and marketed by a more established venerated brand the stunning Icon 8 would perhaps have commanded its lofty retail asking price, however Clerc's nominal success in garnering exponential sales of this timepiece is "Our Gain" and likewise I have priced the watch to reflect the same.
