Clive Madgwick began painting in 1972 and progressed from landscapes to genre, figure and sporting scenes. Living and working in rural Suffolk and surrounded by beautiful countryside led him to focusing upon landscape painting. He was a member of United Society of Artists, Royal Society of British Artists and the Society of Equestrian Artists. THE PAINTING MEASURES APPROX. 12 X 16 INCHES AND THE FRAME MEASURES 17.5 X 21.5 INCHES. THE PAINTING IS DIRTY AND WOULD BENEFIT FROM A THOROUGH CLEAN.
