Description: This small textile picture uses textures, transparency and colours to build effects.The abstract picture shows layers and was inspired by the natural world. It is made using cloths of contrasting weights, weaves and colours. You could choose which way to hang it, as demonstrated. The more orange photos are taken with flash, and have the more accurate colour on my computer. The others were taken without flash and help explain the textures and composition of the piece. Measurements, (approx): image - 10 x 12.6 cm card - 17.8 x 20.5 cm mount - 3.8 cm all the way round The picture is less than A4 size, but bigger than A5. ...
