Outfit Colors may vary due to phone or laptop monitor, as well as the photo settings. I try to provide pictures indoors with LED ceiling lighting, as well as outdoors in sunlight. Sometimes they’ll appear different based on lighting, and sometimes certain colors of threads, fabrics, tulle, may differ between batches when I order them from my vendors. In the “personalization box”, please add: BABY’S NAME (FIRST name TYPICALLY, but if there is space I can add a middle name. We can discuss), AGE, and event DATE. After placing your order, please keep an eye on messages in case I have questions I need to clarify about your details. ********************PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICIES******************** PROCESSING TIME is up to 2 WEEKS during regular seasons, and 3-4 weeks during busy holiday seasons. I may at times increase it to 8 weeks while I travel. This is the handling time while your order is being sewn and customized, it is SEPARATE from "shipping time". Once I ship the order, ebay sends the buyer a tracking number to follow it step by step ***SHIPPING TIME***: All tutu sets orders are shipped via USPS priority shipping which is 1-4 business days (if the USPS has no issues or running behind). Orders that include only the embroidered tops, ship via FIRST CLASS, and may take 3-7 business days. However, all these shipping dates are not guarantees but only ESTIMATES so please order well in advance to make sure you get the order before your event. I cannot guarantee delivery dates because I am not delivering them, that is up to the USPS. However, I am responsible for my processing time, and try to finish orders as fast as I can from 2 weeks. I cannot refund orders due to delays, lost packages or damage by the USPS because this is out of my control. If the order qualifies for a lost or damaged claim, the USPS will review it and refund the claim when they deem valid. If I process your order within the current "processing time" and ship it on the "ship by date", that is where my responsibility ends. If the USPS but it doesn't deliver it to you on time, I cannot issue a refund because this is out of my control, and not my mistake. We are in a pandemic, and the USPS may have disruption of operations due to weather, emergencies, staff shortages, etc, which may cause delivery delays. Again… I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEM.
