Description: This has been tested and all functions work. The sound and all dials, knobs work well. The front light is a little dull. It does come with an external 12V power adapter and a strap. No instructions. It appears it may have never been used outside as it is very clean and in great condition but cannot verify whether it was ever used or not. Battery compartment appears unused.
