There is some minor staining on the front parts of the inside band (see pictures #10 & #11). There is also a very small spot on the top side of the bill with slight discoloration (see last 2 pictures). The rest of the hat is in very good, clean shape. All of my structured hats will ship in a 9"x7"x5" box to prevent damage. Hats that are too big for these boxes will be shipped in a larger box. I do not force or shove them into a box to make them fit. I will combine shipping for multiple items. Once you have paid for your items, I will reimburse excess shipping costs after I print the label. Larger & fragile items are more costly to ship & I may not be able to combine shipping costs on those.
