Description: Complete annual 1934 set of 12 issues of Nature Magazine. Magazine transitioned from fully illustrated / art covers to the more muted style in August 1934, hence the difference in the first 7 and last 5 magazines. All in VG to excellent condition besides January which has a partial split on the cover paper. Only condition issue other than that is the rusted steel staples. Some shelf/storage wear to edges/spines. Rare condition. Some of the most vibrant and beautiful cover illustrations of any periodicals I have ever come across. Magazines were found shelved in storage of a recently acquired used bookstore. They are generally in immaculate condition with a mild condition issues obvious in photos. I treat all older magazines for 1 hour in an ozone terrarium to eliminate any smell, regardless whether they smell or not. Generally speaking these issues are in near-mint to immaculate condition with vibrant colors, tight binding, with only minimal shelf storage wear with some minor dust marks on the top of the page edges.
