Different bonds offer a different production yield depending on the conditions of the floor and the overall approach used. Average concrete typically tests at 3000 to 4000 PSI ... and most of this customer's floors fall in that range so, for his first cut, he prefers the Double-Bar, 30/40 Grit, Medium Bond Trapezoid Grinding Pads. He purchased one set (9pcs) of these from us ... and disappeared for a while. When he came back for his second set, nearly 3 months later, we asked him to tally up the total square footage of all his jobs since he started using our tooling. He sent us an email with the numbers; the total came to a whopping 33,000 SqFt off just one set of diamonds!
