Author Biography Samuel T. Logan Jr. (PhD, Emory University) is professor emeritus of church history at Westminster Theological Seminary, where he served as president from 1991 to 2005. He is currently the associate international director of the World Reformed Fellowship, having served as the international director from 2005 to 2015. He is an ordained minister of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and earned a BA from Princeton University, an MDiv from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a PhD in theology and literature from Emory University. He is married to Susan and has two sons and two grandsons. Peter Jensen is a retired Australian Anglican bishop, theologian and academic. From 1985 to 2001, he was principal of Moore Theological College. From 2001 to 2013, he was the archbishop of Sydney and Metropolitan of the Province of New South Wales in the Anglican Church of Australia.
