The 2nd ski (the one you throw off when switching to just the slalom ski) is missing the latches that lock the binding into foot size selection. This isn't too much of a problem because you usually want that binding to be loose on the foot so it will be easier to throw off when ready to slalom. These do not include the stabilizer-bar to keep the skis together (bolt stud still there if you want to add your own bar).
