Description: Arizona Air Salvage Continental Six cylinder engine for sale $18,750.00 Powerplant: Continental IO-470-N 1323 SMOH S/N CS95597-2-N 260 H.P. Previous log entries: 05/17/2023 leading Edge Aviation LLC W/O: 23-1024 Tach: 2686.18 Continental IO-470-N S/N: CS95597-2-N TSMOH: 1251.74 100 HR inspection complied with referencing FAR 43 App. D, ICA's, & Continental M/M's. Drained hot oil; removed filter screen, inspected (no contaminants found), cleaned, and reinstalled; serviced engine with 12 quarts Phillips 66 Victory 100AW. Replaced Bracket air intake filter P/N: BA-7112. Complied with all required engine lubrication; inspected exhaust system; inspected & ops checked ignition leads; & checked magneto timing. Replaced 12ea. Champion RHB32E spark plugs, crankshaft seal P/N: 641250 referencing Continental SB M76-4, #3 & #5 EGT probe P/N: M-111, and repaired baffling around oil cooler. Cylinder Compression Checks （hot engine）： #1: 71/80 #2: 78/80 #3:78/80#4:77/80 #5:78/80 #6:77/80 Airworthiness Directives checked through Biweekly 2023-10 NO AD'S APPLY TO THIS ENGINE Engine run & ops checks found no appreciable leaks or discrepancies. I certify this engine is found to be in an airworthy condition at this time and is returned to service. 04/12/2022 Anthem Aviation Tach time 2583.3 and 1158.1 SMOH 100-HOUR INSPECTION was performed IAW Continental service manual and FAR 43, Compressions, #1 67/80, #2 76/80, #3 73/80, #4 78/80, #5 68/80, #6 73/80, minimum of 45/80. Checked magneto timing to engine. Removed all spark plugs, cleaned, gapped, tested and reinstalled. Cleaned fuel strainer. Drained hot oil, took oil sample, cleaned oil screen, no abnormalities were found. Serviced engine with 12 quarts of Aeroshell W100. Tested battery, 12.6 volts, under load 11.2 volts. Cleaned fuel filter and fuel screen, pressure tested. Inspected engine mounts. Replaced air filter element, BA-7112. Lubed all engine controls. heater shroud and inspected for cracks and inspected exhaust for cracks and leaks. Replaced oil cooler gasket. Performed engine run up and leak checked. "I certify that this ENGINE has been inspected in accordance with 100-HOUR INSPECTION and was determined to be in airworthy condition" We will email or text more log entries upon request. Crank flange dialed .002 well within service tolerances. Aircraft nose gear up sustained prop strike.
