WDW has only made 2 Happy Holidays pressed pennies and both are from 1999. It is pressed on a 1968 copper penny for better quality and a longer lasting shine with no zinc streaking. Pre 1982 pennies are solid copper pennies resulting in a better quality and longer lasting shine. When pressed on a post 1983 penny which is copper plated zinc, zinc cents can show "streaks" or silver smearing that shows through the copper plating. Retired and Long Gone!!
