Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage it has flaking at the edges as a result the spine has split all the way down on the cover and is starting to flake and split on the spine of most pages staples are rusty it is dirty dusty and musty as to be expected from an item that is more than 80 years old and other defects. I would call it around a 0.5 pr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
