Description: Cream 40 Butter Bean100 Seeds This is the 3rd year we have grown the Cream 40 Beans on the farm. It's a wonderful producer with 12 or so beans in each pod. The bean pods produce very rapidly & don't stop! Every time we are in the garden, there are some Cream 40 beans to harvest. The vines grow insanely well during 100 degree days. The beans are left to dry in the pods on the vines. Once dried, the beans are harvested & eaten. It's called a 'butter bean' around here. We are currently picking beans each day to dry out for seed. The quantities available may increase as the season progresses.
