The boxes the strips come in aren't very sturdy & can possibly be dented during shipping , but the actual strips are individually wrapped & can't be damaged by the boxes being dented. I haven't been able to find any boxes to package just a couple of whitestrips in & they are just a small portion of my inventory. However, if you are purchasing 5 or more, they will be shipped in a box. I have sold quite a few of the strips & shipped them in bubble mailers and have not gotten any complaints. If you have a problem with receiving boxes with dents, then please purchase from someone else, because I do not give refunds or do exchanges for dented boxes. I am not trying to be rude, I just want to be upfront so no one is unhappy with their purchase. -I don't have a very large inventory. I'm an individual seller with a small store. Everything comes directly from the warehouse & is all brand new. I do everything myself. I purchase the product, transport it home, photograph it, list it, package it & ship it. -I do not do refunds & only accept returns to exchange if I have made a mistake on the listing or during shipping (which i am very diligent about so it shouldn't happen.
