It is an older 2006 model so it does not connect to WIFI. A computer is not needed. It comes with 2 sets of Cartridges. The green blade that is currently hooked up to the unit is working well. The blue blade does not have the metal blade portion and is not working (not sure if it can be replaced). The sticky cutting pads show wear but will still work.
