The smell of leather? This is a straight up leather bible! This is a bible that you could throw around, beat to the ground, and His Word will still survive! The smell of Quality leather is just fantastic! The cover is cowhide! This is not that stuff called bonded or genuine leather. This is not that compressed stuff most commercial bibles use as covers. This is the very cowhide cut from the hide. The bible is used but I have reinforced the binding. The original glue was just cheap! This bible will pass on to generations. The leather will pass on. As I state in all my listings I am not a professional in rebounding books. I have acquired the hobby and enjoy doing it. Please keep in mind the laborer is worthy of his wages!
