It is a very cute design of four colorful circus animals performing their tricks. In the middle of the design is a clown-dressed bear popping through a yellow ring that is decorated with stars, hearts and confetti. The yellow ring is surrounded by a blue border, and above and below the bear is the perfect place for all the important birth details, like the baby's name, date of birth and time. A brightly dressed lion and a costumed yellow tabby kitty are on either side of the bottom of the yellow ring, and directly below the ring is a little gray mouse playing a drum. On the right side is a gray seal standing on a fancy drum, and he is balancing a ball on his nose, which shows the baby's birth weight. The seal is dressed in a yellow collar and red and orange pointed hat. In front of the drum he is standing on is a bunny in a blue suit and holding a magician’s top hat with a very small bunny jumping out of it. On the left side of the design is a bear dressed like a clown, with a green and white striped suit and red ruffled collar, riding a unicycle. A smaller bear wearing a black tuxedo coat with tails, a drum major's hat and blowing a trumpet, is standing on the big bear's head. The entire design is encircled by a large circus tent with a blue and purple tent top, red and white tent poles on either side, and a red and white check "floor" with a rainbow colored scalloped lower edge. Across the top of the tent is a banner that says, "A Star is Born." There are two balloons on the top of the tent, and another floating under the tent. What a beautiful keepsake of the birth information for this lucky little boy or girl!
