May have clear tape. A note on soiling: some of these have finger marks or other types of incidental marking. I have found that printed surface is fragile and easy to damage when cleaning, so I have not attempted to clean any mat, leaving it to the buyer to decide if worth trying. Thus the soiling you may see on any of these mats probably aren’t permanent, and likely can be removed with gentle cleaning.
