Description: This is a very high quality jump rope set. It is Crossrope's "Get Fit" set, in a size small (8 foot rope length), but in addition, I've added another, longer rope I wanted to see what a size "Medium" rope was like so I purchased another 1/2 lb rope in the 8 foot 6 inch length.This longer size seemed to be perfect for me. The Get Fit set includes their Premium "Slim" ball bearing handles, with Fast Clip Connection, to change the ropes quickly.PVC wrapped 1/4 lb speed rope, and 1/2 lb weighted ropes. I can definitely say that I got lean using these ropes. You can get a subscription with Crossrope and do their custom exercises, but I found plenty of free YouTube videos of various routines, from basic beginner to advanced.I'm convinced that there is no better cardio workout than jumping rope. It is super effective... and with the weighted ropes, your arms get a workout as well. Why am I selling these?
