Description: Published by Ward Lock. The book is undated but I think it is around 1890. Boards are sound but with some marks including scratch marks on the back - see 2nd photo. Also some slight damage at the top and bottom of the spine and minor splitting at the bottom of the front board. An ink inscription on the first leaf – see 4th photo. Apart from some mild browning of pages the book is clean throughout. It is soundly bound with no missing, detached or loose pages. It measures roughly 24cm by 18cm, weighs just over 1 Kg and has 856 pages. A sound and clean copy.Please click on the link to see the other books I have for sale.
