Description: Up for sale here we have a custom and hand made Original Xbox case mod kit. Please make sure you read the entire description before buying! When you purchase, you get the TOP case piece only (Rest of shell is not included) That case piece has a window mod pre-cut with plexi-glass installed. Also note, this window mod removes on of the case screws. Meaning you will not only need 5. You also get an LED kit with the color of your choice. This is a cosmetic mod kit ONLY. These are made from OEM shells. That means there may be very small imperfections on the cases. I only use good looking ones with no damage and no major scratches or dents. But keep in mind it isn't going to be 100% perfect, so FAIR WARNING on that. The purple is a Purple U/V light. This requires more power than the other colors and is thus not as bright as the others. Additionally, cameras do not pick up UV light well and it comes out blue in the pictures. This color is essentially a black light that is purple tinted by nature. A few more things to note: This is Plug and play and fits all Original models. Just install the top case piece in place of your old one, then plug in the LED kit in place of the old DVD drive power cable, attach LEDs anywhere you want, and you are done!The LED's have a peel and stick adhesive but I HIGHLY suggest using your own glue (Hot glue gun works great) or tape as the adhesive put on by factories is hit or missLED kit is has 12 ultra bright 5050 LEDs that are split into 2 sections of 6. This is so done so you can spread the LED lights evenly inside the console and prevent dark areas.Case will be shipped with a thin protective plastic on the bottom (Underside/inside) of the plexi-glass to protect it during shipping. You need to peel that off if you want the plexi-glass see through. You CAN leave that plastic coating on it which will give it a foggy see-through effect. But I don't guarantee it will look very good if you do that. It is meant to be completely clear to see the consoles insides.
