The outside measurements are: for wood platform holding yard and house 36” x. 24”. The house is 26” x 19 1/2”. The highest point is 37” the widest point 30” this includes all the details attached to exterior. This is a vintage dollhouse, well constructed with all wood including a wood shake roof.
