Description: First off, the Camper make is not Wilderness. eBay gave me no option to select that it was self made. And so I randomly chose wilderness. My dad and I built this in 2021-2022. He is a professional fabricator with his own shop. And he is a perfectionist. I took it out west for about four months in 2022. She is a Quartzsite veteran. Did a work camping job in Jackson, Wyoming in 2022. It sits on top of a 1999 F-250 super duty with the 7.4 liter powerstroke turbodiesel engine. Truck is in very good condition. The engine is in very good condition and is a great engine. Recently replaced high pressure pump and replaced the belts and hoses at a Ford dealership. Also just got new brakes and a changeover to synthetic oil. Other than that it’s been in storage in Pennsylvania. Truck comes with the camper. Approximately 185,000 miles on the truck. Nice tires, in good shape. Camper Includes a microwave, fridge, deep stainless steel sink. sizable bed, control panels, a good amount of shelves and storage. Corian countertops. Kohl 4 way mirror bathroom cabinet, wood ceiling with dimmable recessed lights, Maxxair roof vent fan. All my tools and accessories related to the camper such as the induction cooktop, multimeter, etc. The camper shell exterior is 1/8th inch aluminum and then 3 inches of pink Styrofoam insulation in the middle. And facing the inside of the camper is a half inch of wood, making for a very sturdy and insulated composite panel wall. The ceiling is slightly arched so that water runs off the side. The interior ceiling is also arched with wood paneling and recessed, dimmable ceiling lights. I am 6 feet tall and I can easily stand up straight in the camper, and I can lay straight in the bed with a few inches to spare. I think if you are above 6’2”, you might not be able to stand up straight in the camper. Everything is solar powered and it has 500 amp hours worth of gel batteries. There are 800 Watts worth of solar panels on top of the camper shell. It is also wired to charge while driving. Mostly Renogy components were used to build out the solar power system. Has a 2000 watt Gopower inverter that is more than sufficient. I ran an electric space heater when it got cold and an induction cooktop off the batteries. Air conditioner also runs off the batteries. On a sunny day you can run the air conditioner continuously, and end up with near a full charge by the end of the day. On an average day, the batteries are totally charged up by the sun by one or 2 PM. I’ve never let the batteries go under 50%. The system includes two separate charge controllers, all of the components and a control panel for the solar system mounted in the camper. The solar panels also send a trickle charge to the truck battery to keep that battery maintained if I’m not driving for a while. The camper house batteries are also charged by driving the truck. If you ever run into a few days of really dark and cloudy weather, you can charge up the house batteries in about an hour by driving or idling. Due to some life events, I am exiting the RV life but I have this camper. There is someone who would love this. I’d be happy to show it to anyone interested. It has mostly been in storage and only lived in for about six or seven months. My personal favorite feature of the camper is that the gray water can be drained directly through the truck bed or it can go into a large water jug, if you’re in a place where people are gonna get upset about water coming out of your truck. I just always used the drain that went directly through the truck bed and nobody ever noticed. I know maybe that is not kosher everywhere. Also, there is no toilet. I used a commode. It fit nicely under the bed. This is truly a camper that can Boondock anywhere in almost any weather condition. It is perfect for a solo traveler. It has no problems and is ready to go. $20k takes it. Truck alone is worth approximately $10,000. Could also be removed from the truck and would make a great tiny home. Guaranteed you have never seen anything like it.
