Set heat press to 320 degrees with medium pressure.2. Remove backing paper from heat transfer.3. Lay down heat transfer (sticky side down) onto your garment.4. Place a teflon sheet over the heat transfer and heat press for 15 sec.5. Remove the clear transfer mask immediately after pressing. The Heat transfer should be hot. 6. Replace the teflon sheet over the heat transfer and heat press for 5 sec to seal the edges of the transferred graphic.* A heat press is required for precise application. Home irons can be used but durability may or may not be reduced during washing and drying. You may need to iron for at least 1 minute with firm even pressure to replicate a manual heat press.
