Description: This auction is for an original glass sculpture from famed artist Dale Chihuly. It is an original Ikebana with flowers from 1991. Very large, the vase alone measures 21" by 11" in diameter. Signed by Chihuly near the bottom and dated 1991. The base is fairly heavy and is in fantastic condition. There are 4 "Stems" or flowers. The first is blue and gold with a curved shape. It is 18"x7"x12". It is in great shape. The second piece is red with applied gold. It measures 14"x8"x8". The stem appears to have been cut off at some point. The stems on these are always uneven at the bottom, but this was likely cut off. The third is a curvy white and yellow piece. It measures 18"x17"x7" roughly. It looks like it may have been cut off as well. A piece at the end of the pointy flower appears to have been broken off. The final stem is in 2 pieces. Clear with red spots. One piece is 13"x7"x4" and the other is 24" long. Shipping via UPS is $250 for this heavy fragile set. Each will have it's own box. I accept Paypal. Thanks!
