Description: Listed is an authentic used Dawson's Creek 25th Anniversary ( Authentic Leery House Prop ) that was used in the show. PIECE SHOWN IN PICTURES MAY VARY FROM THE ONE YOU RECEIVE. I am the only official seller of items from the actual Dawson’s Creek in Wilmington, NC. I personally know the residents and they have put me in charge to officially sell these show used house props. I have acquired many items from the house that were used in the show. I also have other items I have collected from filming locations in Wilmington. You can see more proof on my Instagram. Capeside20 This is a piece of an authentic canvas boat shed door awning used through all 6 season of the show. It’s in used. These were used during the filming of the show from 1997 to 2003. This sat on the far right side of the property. The property was sold a few years after the show wrapped, and they moved the shed to the woods where it has sat and deteriorated over the years. These were finally removed in 2021. To be quite honest, as old as these are, and from being out in the storms in the sun, they have held up quite nicely. There were 4 total - 2 large ones and 2 small ones. I was able to acquire 3 out of the 4 so I have put one up for sale am offering to sell pieces of another one. It measures, approximately 8‘ foot x 7’ foot. This has seen hurricanes and many other storms and there is some flaws to it that I have pictured. But overall it is an immaculate condition to be 26 years old and to actually stay on the shed for 23 of those years. For those who do not want this large of a canvas or this expensive one, I am going to cut one of them up into 6“ x 6“ squares and I will include some sort of COA to go with that if required. This a much more friendly cost. I am asking for $5 a square plus shipping with tracking which is another $5. Making it a total of 10 bucks and affordable for everyone. They were roughly be about 70 pieces available. And after they are going, that will be it. I also have other items listed so please check those out.
