Description: Bohemian Austria Amphora Two Handle Vase. Absolutely stunning and gorgeous! This exquisitely hand-crafted vase boasts a beautiful Art Nouveau design and is made of high-quality porcelain with a matte finish. While the downward flow of the gold gilt on the stem, leaves and under flowers complete the overall motif. It is teardrop shaped. The only marks on the bottom are "Made for Henry Jones & Company. Paul's Ch yd, London. Made in Austria and a 17". Sold as found. Condition is very good overall. However, there is a repair that was done on the top tip of the vase (last two photos). There is also a small chip on the front foot (first photo). A good conservator should be able to fix both so they can't be seen. Measures approximately 15.5 inches to the top of the handles, 6.5 inches across handle to handle, widest spot. The teardrop is about 5.5 inches across. Please review photos closely.
