Which at earliest would date this mid to late 1999's to early 2000's. The company itself has been around since 1969 and they produce and export beautiful handmade and handpainted pottery pieces and you can see clearly in this examply that there work and designs are beautiful. This plate is a dessert or salad size, although I doubt it was intended for tableware. It most likely is a decorative piece meant for trinkets, candy, or decoration.
