It has both batteries but, using their built-in level-checker, they are not able to be charged by the system. Display has not been checked for damage. Laptop may have issues ranging from defective keyboard, bad ports, damaged chassis, etc.NO FURTHER TESTING HAS BEEN DONE. It has the SSD caddy, but it is jammed in there. I was not able to get it out. Laptop does NOT come with any drives. Please remember this is being sold AS-IS, and is not fully functional. Laptop may be missing parts such as RAM, batteries, internal cables, screws or storage drives. Please refer to images for cosmetic condition, and note that I do not accept returns.
