This is a genuine OEM Denon remote. This remote is used, and is tested + in proper working condition. The battery compartment is clean, and the battery cover is included. The model number of the OEM Remote Control is RC-1158. Also included is a generic "replacement remote", purchased on Ebay and advertised as compatible with the Denon AVR-1312 receiver. It replicates almost all of the original remote's functionality, but has a couple of quirks (I believe one of the number keys actually powers off the unit, for example). I haven't used it much since getting the OEM remote, but it is nice to have as a backup. This remote is used, and is tested + in proper working condition. The battery compartment is clean, and the battery cover is included. The model # of the "replacement remote" is RC-1115. This model is sold on Ebay as compatible with the Denon AVR-1312. The cosmetic condition of both remotes is "excellent". There are some signs of age and use consistent with their age, such as minor scratches, nicks and scuffs.
