The lighting function works perfectly and looks great. Very minor blemishes (paint chipping), which is very normal of these Department 56 houses, around the front right base edge. Again, it's barely noticeable and can be instantly covered with a dab of paint. The original foam and cardboard slip cover are included. Both were marked by the original owner with pen/marker to help with alignment of the house when returning it to the box at the end of the season. As you probably know, these houses are very delicate and take considerable care with placing and removing them from the packaging. The original foam protection is structurally sound, which is most important, but the packaging isn't in the absolute best condition.
