The Dickens series came about when Charles Dicken’s Great-Great Grandson wanted to carry on the great humanitarian works of Charles Dickens. Under license, Dept 56 Inc. was chosen to design and produce decorative, collectible accessories which are endorsed by the Dickens family. This great addition adds history to your village series. This piece is new and comes from a fine collectibles store that had gone out of business. Comes in its original box which also looks brand new.
