Description: Looks like base has moved slightly inside as stairs seem lifted. See photos. In 2007 Department 56 came out with a series of Universal Monsters. This water globe was part of that grouping. It has black bats floating in the water, instead of the typical snow. They paid a lot of attention to the setting of a destroyed castle. These are 7 1/2" tall. These are from 17 years ago. The globe alone weighs 4 lbs, so with shipping box and packing materials it is close to 6lbs. This feels like a clay. This item will truly be a centerpiece for someone's collection.
