APPROX SIZING - 4.875" High to tip of Christmas Tree x 8.5" Long Front x 4.75" Side Depth / Width Gently USED. Very Carefully Handled, Kept and Well Taken Care Of! I have carefully looked everything over multiple times. There are no cracks or chips. Very Good CONDITION! The only flaws I noticed is that there are a few small scuffs/ blemishes on boat siding and on snow ground. Lights Up! TESTED. Chord works properly. The bulb is Included - it does have some usage scuffs on bulb. Comes with the Original Styrofoam Protection. The Original Box slipcover was loved a bit much and the front and back panels have been taped to the Styrofoam. It also has a sticker on the surface. There are some other blemishes on the Dept 56 outer box slip panels and to the Styrofoam as well. Please refer to and scroll over pictures for overall condition.
