Evans Pottery began making swirl pottery around 1928. Originally from Boulder City Nevada and ultimately Barstow, California. The majority of the pottery is colorful swirls with high gloss. Desert Sands production could be counted in the thousands in total with only four people hand-throwing each piece which makes this pottery very hard to find. Makers marks stamped at the bottom. Every item is handmade and unique. Great vintage condition no chips, cracks or other issues to report.
