Description: Available for sale is an issue of Detective Comics #317 1963, DC Comics. I'm subjectively grading this copy as a 1.8 (GD-). Sheldon Moldoff and Ira Schnapp Flying Bat-Cave cover. Some grading notes: cover detached at top staple with centerfold attached, 1/2" total spine split (including 1/4" at top and hole at top staple) heavy handling wear and creasing, heavy wear with chipping bottom and right edges, color rub in title, WB in pencil on two spots on cover, heavy spine wear with ticks, 1" and 1/2" tears on lower right edge of cover page; Back - 1" x 1" chip off lower left corner, small chip off top corner, tiny chip off lower right corner, moderate handling wear and creasing, light tanning and staining, off-white pages.
